New Challenge....Journaling

For this weeks challenge we are going to explore ourselves by journaling on paper. Journaling is a wonderful way to get to know yourself, enhance your writing skills, and create art for yourself.

One of my favorite links is by Teesha Moore..."How I journal" If you have any great links on journaling please feel free to comment.

Thanks and have fun!!!

Very inspiring. I love Teesha's site, the first time I've come across it.

I tried an experimental journal page today ..and I hope once I get into the swing of it, to post some more in Flickr.

I usually illustrate my journal with watercolor paintings, so here's today's entry - a visit to an interesting place in Los Angeles. I painted it on the spot using watercolors and a Niji waterbrush.

Hello, My blog is my way of journalling. Everyday, I take a photo of something in or around my home that speaks to me...then I post it and write, I don't pre plan what I write, I let it pour out as I see it in the photo...often the thoughts are not as I imaged, that is the beauty of jouranlling, to let my heart speak without rehearsing.
